Making lemonade

Hi! Today, I made lemonade, I got the idea from a sticker which had a Hawaii symbol on it. I wanted to look at it on the web so I could make famous foods from the place. I always wanted to go to Hawaii too, so it was a great time to learn about it. I am mostly interested in art and food in Hawaii. I searched on the web and it said a bunch of famous foods I do not know yet, including Kalua pork, chicken long rice, squid luau, poi, LauLau, and Lomi salmon. But I thought that lemonade was good in hot weather too. I searched on the web for how lemonade was invented. It came up with this:
Egyptians of the fourteenth century knew the lemon. Most peasants drank date-and-honey wine (kind of like lemon juice, honey, or wine). Although lemons originate farther to the east, and lemonade may very well have been invented in one of the eastern countries, the earliest written evidence of lemonade comes from Egypt. I did not know that lemons came from Egypt, and it was a historical thing, so I was surprised to see that!
After searching on Google, I went to get lemons. We grow lemons in our backyard, so I could just pick it from our tree and start making it. First, I squeezed some lemon juice into our cups, my mom wanted to drink some of my lemonade, so, I have to use 2 lemons to make enough lemonade for us. Then, I added a bunch of water into our cups (maybe 1 cup of water (in measuring cups)). Next, I stirred in some sugar into the cups and tasted it, the first try was a success! It was a fun day of learning and making fun foods and drinks (obviously).

This is a video about making lemonade, I made the lemonade my own way, but you could follow her on making another kind of lemonade, add ICE if you want! :)
