Winning a prize for a competition

Today, I went to a competition: the person who makes the best meal wins. 

I thought about making a creative course that would let the people feel excited, at the same time, I think that the judges will look at the appearance first, so I need to make the dish fancy in order to win. 

I made a candy dessert called "Rainbow Surprise" with gummy worms, hard candy, chocolate, ice-cream, and some jam. First, I put the ice cream scoop in the middle of the plate. Then, I sprinkled tiny pieces of chocolate on the ice-cream. After that, I made it very pretty with the gummy worms and I arranged them in rainbow color themes and put a row of ice cream on the top of that. I also put a signature of mine with a jam on the other side of the plate. After I made the dessert dish, I went to take a peek at other people's meals. Their dishes were very creative, like, tacos, homemade chips, and even homemade lollipops with chocolate inside. 

Everyone was done in time, the judges started tasting and scoring. "Wow! That dish is so attractive and impressive! Let's eat that one made by Anna Zhang!" They said when they were choosing which dish to try first. I waited and waited until the whistle blew. "This year's winner is going to be the first dish we tasted, Anna Zhang's "Rainbow Surprise" dish!" The judges announced. This is totally a "Rainbow Surprise" for me!
